I know the basic BTD was designed with Rh+ and Secretors in mind so have had to navigate my own way through the rest of it. I’ve always felt there’s still a gap in the diet which should be filled with information for Rh-‘s, but who is going to bother with the stringent testing for a minority like us. The only dietary consideration for Rh-‘s is in portion sizes on the foods lists. We also have a much larger than average number of Non-secretors in our group as well, despite their being only 20% of people on the planet (unusual fact no.
